Newsletter

Hi all,
As you may have heard, UTC have decided to start up their very own newsletter…so here it is!
It’s called (very aptly) “Game On!”, and it’s part of our aim to improve communication in the club – but you can read about all that in the newsletter!  There’ll be news, dates for the diary, race reports, profiles on club members and features on training, nutrition, kit etc. and of course any future Stan Laurel Award-esque antics may also find their way in there.  You have been warned…
We’re aiming for this to be a quarterly thing, so watch out for the next issue towards the end of March(ish).  As we’re doing this for you guys, we’re really keen to hear what sort of thing you would like to see in the newsletter – give us a shout if you have any ideas or feedback.

  1. Would like to see what other people use re nutrition while training and off training diets etc do they eat what they like or stick to a strict diet. Plus like to know what motivates people to get out there and train
