Many of you have signed up for our sessions on Saturday 21st Feb, so I thought a quick update on the timings and session content might help.
Novice Swim Session 07:45 – 08:45
Technique session with 1 coach per lane aimed at a more personal coaching experience. Session will focus on breathing, body position and hand entry.

Novice Bike Session 09:00 – 10:30
Aimed at improving road confidence and riding in a group. Session will cover group riding hand signals and pace lines.
Advanced Swim Session 09:00 – 11:00
Mixed skills and endurance session covering open water swimming techniques (sighting, drafting, turns), tumble turns, 1.5km or 1km TT, and a few races no doubt………
Novice swimmers from 7:45 session are welcome to join the first part of advanced session to practice open water techniques with wetsuit on

NOTE: PLEASE BRING WETSUIT AND HAVE THIS ON FOR THE START OF THE ADVANCED SESSION
