Just a quick note to let you all know that your hard working coaches will be taking a 4 week break from schedule sessions starting 5th October. Our last session will be Saturday swim followed by cake ride 3rd October. Sessions will recommence Tuesday 3rd November.
Pool public swimming times remain as normal, and feel free to organise some more social and fun run/bike training sessions yourselves on here………
We will hopefully have some additional sessions for you to enjoy when we return….watch this space. Remember to take some rest and recuperate during this time, and have a break from your regular training schedule.
